Jiangsu Liangyi is an ISO 9001:2015-certified forging manufacturer in China supplying 1.4571 / X6CrNiMoTi17-12-2 (316Ti) open-die forgings, rings, flanges and bars to welded chemical, petrochemical and high-temperature process projects in India and worldwide, to EN 10088-3 / ASTM A182.

Why 1.4571 / 316Ti for Indian chemical and high-temperature projects

316Ti is titanium-stabilized 316 molybdenum for pitting/acid resistance plus titanium stabilization for intergranular-corrosion (weld-decay) resistance and elevated-temperature strength. For India's chemical, petrochemical and high-temperature process sectors, it suits welded flanges, valves, pumps, reactor, exhaust and expansion-joint components.

Manufactured to EN 10088-3, ASTM A182 / A240; EAF + AOD/VOD melting; 100% UT + PT; full chemistry (Ti/Mo verification); intergranular-corrosion testing on request; EN 10204-3.1 / 3.2.
