Chemistry (typical, wt%): Ni bal, Cr 1821, Co 1215, Mo 3.55, Ti 2.753.25, Al 1.21.5, Fe 2. Properties: Rm 1103 MPa, density 8.19 g/cm, modulus 211 GPa, aged hardness 3444 HRC. Three-step HT: solution + stabilisation (845 C) + aging (760 C).

Standards & quality

Manufactured to ASTM B637, ASME SB-637, AMS 5704 / 5706 / 5707, ISO 97239725; VIM + ESR/VAR melting; full NDT; EN 10204-3.1 / 3.2 MTRs; tested per ASTM E8 / E10 / E112. Waspaloy, UNS N07001, W.Nr. 2.4654 and AISI 685 are the same grade.
