Why 1.4864 for Indian furnace and heat-treatment projects

1.4864 is a high-nickel (~35%) heat-resistant austenitic stainless its nickel resists carburization (carbon pickup) and thermal-cycle spalling, while chromium and silicon give oxidation resistance, to ~1100 C. For India's heat-treatment, forging-shop, automotive-component and general high-temperature sectors, it suits furnace fixtures, retorts, carburizing components and radiant tubes.
