Why 1.4833 / 309S for Indian high-temperature projects

1.4833 is a low-carbon high-chromium (~23%) heat-resistant Cr-Ni austenitic stainless with excellent oxidation and scaling resistance in air to ~10001050 C and good weldability for fabricated assemblies. For India's furnace, kiln, heat-treatment, cement and high-temperature process sectors, it suits furnace parts and internals, heat exchangers, burner and heat-stressed components.
