Manufactured to ASTM A564, ASTM A705, API 6A 105K and EN 10250-4, under ISO 9001 and API 6A certification. Melting by air-melt, ESR or VAR. 100% UT (ASTM A388 / EN 10228-3), MPE (ASTM A275), tensile (ASTM E8), Charpy (ASTM A370) and chemistry (ASTM A751). EN 10204-3.1 certificates as standard; EN 10204-3.2 with third-party witness (BV, SGS, Lloyd's, TV, DNV) on request. What API 6A 105K means for your RFQ

API Specification 6A governs wellhead and Christmas-tree equipment. The "105K" class sets minimum yield strength at 105,000 psi (725 MPa); for H2S service it is paired with NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156, which caps hardness at 33 HRC and mandates the H1150D double-aging condition. Charpy is specified by class Class L 27 J average at 46 C or Class P 41 J average at 29 C, tested per ASTM A370. Jiangsu Liangyi's H1150D bars routinely reach 4552 J at 29 C in production testing, comfortably above the minimum.
